说明：三层交换机/华为传输系统没有开通组播功能时，组播数据就无法下传，通过STM32F207做的组播盒子可以完成数据转发。
(When the three-layer switch/Huawei transmission system has no multicast function, the multicast data can not be downloaded. The multicast box made by STM32F207 can complete the data forwarding.)
