说明：  这个是基于单片机的温度测量的程序.这个可以测量外界的温度(除芯片的自身的温度外),并且可以手动设置温度的最高和最低值.如果温度低于最低或高于最高值，LED灯就会亮,如果是低于最低温度2度或最高温度2度,蜂鸣器就会响,报警
(This is based on single-chip temperature measurement procedure.
