说明： 软件开发过程通常包括五个阶段：分析、设计、编码、测试和发布。如果在Web应用开发中套用现成的Struts框架，则可以简化每个开发阶段的工作，开发人员可以更加有针对性地去分析应用需求，不必重新设计框架，而只需要在Struts框架的基础上，设计MVC各个模块的具体组件(JSP、Action、ActionForm以及业务组件JavaBean等)。在编码过程中，可以充分利用Struts提供的各种实用类和标签库，简化编码工作。
