说明： 数据库远程备份
功能：首先，DBServer服务端程序发送指定的XML库格式文件。然后，DBClient客户端指定服务端IP地址和要保存的接收文件名后开始接收。DBClient客户端在得到接收成功提示信息后，便可以用生成数据库功能选中接收的XML库格式文件，系统会自动在DBClient程序所在路径创建XML文件中指定的数据库及表数据，并在程序列表中读出显示生成结果。
