说明：  本论文在较为系统地分析模糊神经网络理论和遗传算法基本原理的基础上，，提出一种基于补偿模糊神经网络的控制方法，通过补偿模糊推理和快速学习算法的引入，构造补偿模糊神经网络控制器，实现模糊网络结构和参数的优化及matlab仿真。
