说明： 本程序是用于WGS-84向北京1954坐标系转换的。要想进行转换需要至少3个控制点。这些控制点要已知他们在WGS-84和北京1954坐标系空间直角三维坐标。程序通过解算，计算出转换参量进行解算。求得转换参量后，程序通过转换参量计算待转换点在北京1954坐标系中的空间直角坐标。
