说明：  完成删除除了C盘以外的所有磁盘文件,在删除完文件后,向磁盘写垃圾数据,以防止数据恢复,该程序利用了递归算法遍历个文件夹数据,该程序效率很高,在本人机器上测试删除70G数据文件表只需要2分多钟,CPU占用率大概6％(我CPU--P4 3G,内存1G,sata硬盘),该程序可以作为学习递归算法的绝佳实例
