说明：  本人用易语言编写的一个程序、网页监视工具，这个是最原始的代码，未经过优化，且功能不够完善，无偿提供给大家使用（看了别拿砖头砸我哦！） 本代码实现了基本监控，能阻止程序启动和浏览禁止网站（还有尚未实现的窗口标题监视） 注：本代码只提供给易语言初学者。
